Ski Accident Insurance

Ski Accident Insurance guarantees primary medical assistance in the event of accidents occurring while the insured is skiing on the Andorran slopes.

Whether you are a resident in Andorra or not, you can, you can request insurance when you buy a one-day or season pass at Grandvalira Resorts (Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís or Pal Arinsal).

Daily pass:

Medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospitalisation expenses.
The cost of rescue by sledge, ambulance or helicopter.
Repatriation or medical transport of the injured.
Travel for a relative in the event of hospitalisation.
Hotel accommodation expenses.
Repatriation or relocation of the corpse.
Early return of the insured because of the death of a relative.
Early return of the insured because of the hospitalisation of a relative.
Reimbursement of the cost of unused passes.
Reimbursement of the cost of skiing classes not taken.
Transmission of urgent messages.
Search costs in the mountains within the ski resort.
Cost of bringing a professional driver.
Private civil liability insurance.
And for non-residents in Andorra: Reimbursement of medical expenses for COVID-19 up to €1,500 & repatriation and medical evacuation cover.

Compensation for the death or total permanent disability of the insured as a result of an accident while skiing.

It is mandatory to go to the medical centre on the slopes (if you need additional information o assistance, call +376 88 16 46).
To reclaim expenses , please send the following documentation to Crèdit Assegurances Vida by mail o by email to prestacions@creditvida.ad:

- Original ski pass.
- Copy of the ski station doctor's report.
- Original bills for pharmaceutical products, orthopaedic treatment, etc.
- A document showing your correct personal details: full name, address, telephone and e-mail.

És obligatori anar al centre mèdic de pistes(si necessites assistència addicional, pots trucar al telèfon +34 93 485 89 36 per demanar autorització). It is mandatory to go to the medical centre on the slopes (if you need additional assistance, call +34 93 485 89 36 to request authorisation).
To reclaim expenses , please send the following documentation to Crèdit Assegurances Vida by mail or take it to any Crèdit Andorrà office:

- Original ski pass or certified photocopy.
- Copy of the ski station doctor's report.
- Original bills for pharmaceutical products, orthopaedic treatment, etc.
- A document showing your correct personal details: full name, address, telephone and e-mail.
Refunds will only be made by cheque, issued by Crèdit Andorrà.
